Aromas of ripe pear and nectarine, with suspicions of smoke and butter that emerge as the champagne is oxygenated. Juicy and complex in the mouth, it leaves notes of baked bread and honey on the palate. Rich but also lively with a strong finish and prolonged metallicity.
